To ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival at Sandburg, please take note of the following information:
Payment Information
Please make sure that the full rental amount, deposit, and visitor’s tax have been paid in advance.
To avoid any delays upon arrival, we recommend bringing your payment confirmation or transfer receipt with you (a digital copy on your smartphone is perfectly fine).
For last-minute bookings (arrival within 7 days of booking), please transfer the rental amount immediately as stated in your booking confirmation and present the payment receipt upon arrival.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Ms. Riedel, our on-site representative. You may contact her by phone or WhatsApp at +49 176 84748786.
Please inform her of your estimated arrival time. If she is temporarily not on site, she will provide you with the access code for the key safe so you can retrieve your key independently — even in case of very late arrival.
Parking
You may park your vehicle in the designated parking spaces located in the lower section of the property.

Please note that Labahnstraße is a one-way street. If you miss the entrance, you may need to take a longer detour back to the property.

Upon arrival, please drive up to the first house. Ring the doorbell labeled “u24.online” or — if previously arranged — retrieve your key from the key safe. You may then proceed to the lower parking area.
